EZV-F Flashing for flat tile

Description

EZV-F Flashing for flat tileThe EZV -F flashing enables tight connection of the roof window with flat tile roofing materials. The special design of flashing elements ensures fast and aesthetic installation of the roof window in this increasingly popular type of roofing material. The extended bottom part of the flashing significantly improves the aesthetics of installation in this roofing material and ensures excellent water tightness. Special design stiffens the lower part of the flashing and secures it against deformation e.g. due to snow cover.
As standard the flashing is applied to individual windows in the slope of the roof. It may also be used as module flashing for windows installed in horizontal, vertical and block groups.

Can be used on roofs with pitches:

  • from 15 ° to 90 ° for depths N and V,
  • from 20 ° to 90 ° for a depth J.

The flashing for flat roof tile is also available in ESS -F for smoke vent window version and in EZW -F for side hung escape window.

Constituents of the Flashing Vertical and horizontal cross-section with EZV-F flashing elements

The flashing is made up of four basic elements (lower element, two sides elements and top element). The lower element is equipped with a plastic mat glued to the underside thus allowing the flashing to adhere to the roof covering for a neat fit. It also incorporates a gutter installed above the window, which allows the condensation from the roofing membrane to drain away from the window.
